The focus of Centralized Intake and Assessment is working with the community Housing First delivery agencies to ensure a comprehensive and timely response to people who seek housing supports and services.Centralized Intake and Assessment begins by assessing the eligibility of a person, couple or family for Housing First Services. Staff complete a Triage process with a client using a standard tool.

Provides safe, short term emergency shelter for women (with or without children) who have left an abusive relationship. Other women in crisis may be accommodated if space in available. Provides crisis intervention, support, referrals, public educations, and advocacy. COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL

Sunrise House | Youth Emergency Shelter

The shelter is a temporary place to stay while the youth aged 12 – 17 conduct a supported search for permanent housing. Meals, clothing, and personal care items are provided based on need; support and parent mediation is also available.
